By signing up for an Account, you agree to National AI Office’s Terms and Conditions of Use.

1. Account Registration:

1.1. In order to create an Account, you must provide accurate and complete personal information, including your name, contact details, short bio, and social media information of your choice.

1.2. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and completeness of your information. Any changes to your information should be promptly updated within the Account settings.

2. Privacy and Data Usage:

2.1. Your personal information will be collected, processed, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Account, you consent to such collection, processing, and storage.

2.2. Your social media information will only be used for the purpose of enhancing your experience with the NFC card and will not be shared without your explicit consent.

3. Security:

3.1. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account login credentials, including your password. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account.

3.2. You are solely responsible for any activities that occur under your Account.

4. Use of NFC Card:

4.1. The NFC card provided to you is solely for your personal use and is non-transferable.

4.2. You agree not to use the NFC card for any illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent purposes.

5. Termination:

5.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account at our discretion, without notice, if we suspect a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the NFC card.

6. Limitation of Liability:

6.1. We will not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the NFC card or Account, except as required by applicable laws.

7. Modification of Terms:

7.1. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you through the contact details provided in your Account.

8. Governing Law:

8.1. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

By signing up for an Account and using the NFC card, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with the Account registration process.
